This chic, newly constructed Balinese-style villa displays impressive, elevated sunset views over the Andaman Sea toward the iconic Phi Phi Islands. Centrally located on the popular west coast of Koh Lanta, the villa sits within view of the pristine sands of Long Beach and is within easy walking distance from the island’s finest beachfront dining and vibrant beach bars. Spanning three sophisticated levels, the property features three king-sized bedrooms, a custom bunk room, and a private six-metre zero-edge swimming pool.

Living Spaces

Designed to blur the lines between indoor luxury and tropical outdoor living, Villa Chang-Guu is flooded with natural light and fresh sea breezes through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The main pavilion opens into a spacious lounge featuring a large Samsung Smart TV, transitioning into an open-plan kitchen and dining area. Every corner of the villa is styled with bespoke, tailor-made furniture sourced from Bali and Java, Indonesia.

The villa boasts five distinct indoor and outdoor living zones:

• Media Lounge: A plush, air-conditioned space for entertainment.
• Poolside Sala: A shaded, grass-thatched garden cabana for daytime relaxation.
• First-Floor Terrace: A 70m² elevated deck for morning coffees or quiet reading.
• Rooftop Lounge: Another panoramic 70m² terrace equipped with hammocks and beanbags, framed by tropical greenery—the ultimate vantage point for spectacular Thai sunsets over Long Beach towards the famous Phi Phi Islands.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped western kitchen combines modern functionality with high-end finishes, featuring custom cabinetry, premium stone benchtops, and top-tier Samsung appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The heart of the space is a sleek, two-metre island and breakfast bench, which flows into a formal dining area centered around a handcrafted six-seater Javanese teak wood dining table.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The villa comfortably accommodates guests across beautifully appointed, air-conditioned sanctuaries, each featuring built-in wardrobes, premium linens, and elegant ensuite bathrooms.

• First-Floor Master Suite (Master Suite 1): Enjoy direct access to a private executive office, an oversized terrace, and sweeping ocean views.
• Ground-Floor Master Suites (Master Suite 2): An additional king-sized retreat featuring sliding glass doors that opens directly onto the tropical gardens and pool deck.

• The Garden Suite (Master Suite 3): A separate, self-contained pavilion to the rear of the property. Perfect for families, it features a king bed, an additional set of bunk beds, positioned steps from the pool and sala.

In addition to the three private ensuites, the villa provides a stylish communal powder room on the ground floor and a refreshing outdoor poolside shower nestled within the garden courtyard.

Catering to the modern traveller, a dedicated, self-enclosed home office sits at the top of the floating staircase on the first floor. Designed to comfortably accommodate two people, this quiet workspace features inspiring views of the terrace and the sea. High-speed Wi-Fi also extends to the rooftop, living lounge, and poolside sala for those who prefer to work alfresco.

Set within a private 400m² sanctuary, the villa’s exterior is a beautifully landscaped paradise. A natural perimeter of bamboo and mature palms ensures total privacy while integrating seamlessly with the surrounding tropical vegetation.

• The Pool: A six-metre ‘zero-edge’ infinity pool lined with authentic green Sukabumi tiles imported from Bali, flanked by luxury sunbeds.
• The Grounds: A manicured lawn and sun-drenched pool deck connect the main house to the outdoor dining sala, creating an ideal setting for long, lazy afternoons with family and friends.
